The UNC-CH Facilities Condition Assessment Team proactively examines all facilities on campus to identify any architectural and engineering systems deficiencies, and plan for their correction.

This information is not all emcompassing, however. We know, for example, that it does not include similar information maintained by UNC-EHS. We know that the needs identified in this site do not include planned program needs, i.e., those needs determined by changes in the academic program for the facility. It should be noted that we have not inspected all buildings.
