Long Description:
The Terne metal roof on Person Hall has reached the end of serviceable life. There are active leaks located at the top of the skylights. This roof has been coated several times in recent history. The gutter system allows water to escape from the roof. This project is required not only by the roof's condition but is necessitated by the upcoming comprehensive HVAC renovation project. The HVAC renovation will require roof penetrations for the outside ventilation air intake.
