Long Description:
The existing windows are wood single hung windows with radius top sections and some divide light sash in places. The windows have deteriorated from weather and age. They have shrunk, warped, and leak air. They are single glazed with plain glass. They are energy inefficient. These windows have just recently been painted however none of the structural or energy issues were addressed. The windows should be replaced with new clad windows to match the existing windows in architectural style and kind. This building is in the Historic District and on the Historic Register.
